Throughout the ages, the Retreat has been known to be an important part of our spiritual formation. (Yours,Theirs, Ours) and timeless. To “retreat” or to “step back,” is a way for us to slow down and reflect on what is true for each of us. A time consciously set aside time for a change of focus, an adventure, a hope…a deliberate act of stepping outside of normal routine and into a place where senses are awakened and we become ready to receive healing and growth.

Creating a customized retreat for any group can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming. We are here to help you explore your vision! We will help you find your destination, design adventures, and ensure you make the most of your offering so you can BE you within your retreat. Knowing that the gifts you are opening to share are endless and each individual will take with them that which only you and your retreat will provide! Your retreat can be all you… all us… or the best of both!

Pre-Retreat Planning

Help you choose your destination. Navigate needs, space, food, excursions, contracts and pricing. Coordinate & Arrange transportation. As needed support in guest guidance. Work with retreat leaders to ensure an amazing experience!

Promoting your Retreat

Begin your retreat planning at least 5 months in advance. Leverage social media, posting about upcoming retreat a few times a week. Build SM accounts specific to your retreat. Offer deposits, secured spots and payment plans in preparing for your retreat.

Retreating

Open with ceremony. Remember that you are the host. Explore themes and intentions to build on the whole of the retreat. Lead by example, be open, authentic and vulnerable. Connect with each guest individually on their intention. Encourage full participation. Close with ceremony & gratitude.

Nestled in the heart of Temecula Valley, our retreat will take place on a 40 acre working farm, where Owl Creek will share the richness of its country style with the comforts of home. The center features lush trails, giant oaks, tree swings, yoga barn and is nearby to the famous Temecula Wineries with its collection of fine boutiques, delightful wine tasting rooms, and award-winning restaurants.
